Personal-use Google integration
Adam’s Personal Hermes
A self-hosted AI assistant for personal productivity—not a service offered to the public.
What it does
At its owner’s request, Hermes can search and read email, find calendar appointments, and work with Google Drive files, Docs, Sheets, and contact information. Actions depend on the permissions granted and the owner’s instructions.
The owner may authorize sending or organizing email, changing calendar events, and editing documents. Publishing this information page does not grant anyone access to those accounts or to the assistant.
How Google access works
Google OAuth lets the owner approve permissions without giving the assistant a Google password. Access can be revoked in Google Account connections.
Data and privacy
Relevant account content may be processed by the configured AI provider to answer requests. Self-hosting does not mean every part of processing stays on the owner’s server.
